“Trapfuturism Phase II Proposal” (2020)
Thesis Project proposal, 2020. Black women and Black LGBTQ+ people are the blueprint for a lot of popular culture, and it is often mistaken as “internet culture”, “Gen Z culture”, etc. This phase of the project focuses on the contributions Black women and Black LGBTQ+ people have made to Trap culture and society at large, and had a focused documentation on the Trapfuturism website from 2021-2022.
